Chessboard #1 okay...
you obviously like chess, that's fine. I don't know why there's steam or whatever all over, but i'm sure you had your reasons. the perspective on the chess board is fine, i don't know why you cut it off so short, but i suppose that's acceptable. there is, however, no perspective on the chess piece, which i believe is required. there also isn't much going on here, it's just a flat chess piece sitting on a third of a chess board infront of a bunch of green squares. I will however say that you got the colors right.
THINGS TO IMPROVE ON:
if you want to get serious about art, learn more about perspective. also try to learn to draw things that aren't chess boards.
